• Memberships are valid for one calendar year before requiring renewal.
• Memberships are nonrefundable, even in the event KevinsGuides.com goes defunct or otherwise becomes inaccessible.
• Your information data (name and email) may be shared with KevinsGuides.com/Kevin Olson. While it will never be intentionally made accessible or sold to outside parties, KevinsGuides cannot be held responsible if your data is lost because of a security breach, hacking attempt, or otherwise.
• Payments are handled through third party services, including PayPal. Your payment is processed through them. Sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, is not shared with Kevin Olson. Kevin Olson cannot be held responsible for any issues occurring through these transactions, since the payment process is wholly handled by PayPal or other reputable third-party payment providers.
• Your email may be used to contact you regarding your account information, subscription status, and major site updates. It will not be used for marketing.
• KevinsGuides reserves the right to remove backlinks to websites that contain general misinformation, adult content, scams, unsecure software, nefarious advertisements, or any other reason deemed unacceptable by Kevin Olson.
