If you have problems viewing Kevin's Guides, please try the following steps.

  • Make sure you're using a Chromium based browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Vivaldi, Brave, or Chromium itself.
    • Try this first!
    • My first recommendation is Google Chrome, since that's what I've extensively tested the website using.
    • Make sure your browser has all the latest updates
    • Unfortunately I do not have the resources to support old browsers. If your device is over five years old, you may need a new device.
    • Internet Explorer is absolutely not supported or recommended.
  • Firefox is no longer supported as of 10/18/2021
  • Make sure you have enabled JavaScript for this website. JavaScript is required for this site to work properly.
  • Disable any advertisement blocking extensions.
  • If you still are experiencing issues, and you're using a newer web browser, please Contact Kevin.
  • If the contact form does not work, you may send me a message directly using the information below. I have tried to mask the address to avoid spam.
  • You can try clearing your internet browser cache, history, etc. and then refresh the website.

Basic Checks

Here are a few checks to see if your browser is working properly.

WebP Support Check

Kevin's Guides uses the modern image format webp to display images. If you see a success message below, your browser support webp. Images should load just fine.

Not only does your browser not support webp images, your browser does not support loading any images at all. This is a problem.
JavaScript Check

The site requires JavaScript to work properly.
